Anyone else seen ads for this yet? M. Night Shyamalan's new film-starring Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Dechanel. It looks so freaky and weird and intriguing as his films always do. I love Signs and The Village so i'm pretty excited but also a bit scared! But with Mr. Wahlberg and him it's bound t be good.....at least i hope so. Here's the trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fwccFTJIdoWeird.......

Yeah, I saw a trailer for it yesterday. It does look weird but since I normally like M. Night Shyamalan's work I hope it will be good too! And Zooey's in it!

I'm really exited for this movie. Normally I don't do very well (or well at all) with scary movies, but I rerally like his stuff.

Yeah! I am super excited for this movie! I LOVED the Village and Signs was pretty great, lots of suspense.
I am really excited because this is his first R movie so I feel like that might ensure it being really scary and good! I think sometimes his films might fall short of something that the fans are anticipating because there are limits to what you can do with a PG13 film.
I am definitely really looking forward to this film though, I hope its awesome!

I really loved M. Night when he came out with The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable. Those two films were awesome! After that though... Signs wasn't too great, and The Village was quite terrible. I really felt cheated with the conclusion of The Village. He kinda lost his spark after that for me. I haven't seen The Lady in the Water, and quite honestly, I don't want to. The Happening looks semi-interesting... we'll see how it does when it opens next Friday. I might see it; I might not. I'm interested to know what you guys think of it, but I'll definitely be busy seeing The Incredible Hulk next Friday, for sure!

Ok............it's ................ .............. ............ Yeah so it started out ok and then it all went very cheesy. Seriously not good. His worst film by far. And even Mark Walhberg is bad. I like Mark a lot as an actor but not even his acting could save the cheesy script and story. It's not scary and it's just ridiculous! I love his others films: The Village, Signs and The Sixth Sense and i was really getting excited about this film but i was sadly disappointed, as was my brother who is also a fan of his. Apart from a couple of funny parts it's not good. Just thought i should warn you all incase you get too excited about it. Go see it for yourselfs by all means but just expect much.....or anything.

^Yeah, I wasn't really that excited to see it. The only movie of his I really like is The Sixth Sense. Signs and The Village were just okay to me. I'll still probably end up seeing it though for lack of anything else to do.

Oh dear, what a shame, I really was excited about it! I'll probably just see it online. Poor M. Night, it seems he has some really great ideas but more and more incapable of actually expressing the ideas in film successfully. Oh well, I was hopeful that he could prove himself again, but I suppose not!
