Maybe Borders Bookstore, Best Buy or Wal-Mart? How come you can't buy online?

It's true because if you go to the Amazon.com site and look up "Disco Pigs" they show a version of it that hasn't been released yet, that will be out later this month, as well as the earlier release. I have a feeling it will be a lot harder to find at most stores than BB or Red Eye, but I'm sure some places will carry it.

They are most likely re-releasing it with more stuff because Cillian is more well-known now than he was a couple of years ago when it was released. The running time is much longer than on the DVD I have, which only has maybe an hour or so of extras. It's frustrating that there aren't more details, like what the extras contain, because usually that stuff is listed once it's known. I suspect, though, that since this isn't a high-profile movie, like BB, it's not considered as important to tell people what they're getting. OTOH, with a lesser-known movie, you'd think they'd want to have more detail, to lure in the buyers who might not otherwise getting a second copy. Once it's actually released and someone has the DVD, maybe they can post what the extras are; it's usually listed on the back of the DVD case. Since I'm getting it through the mail, it might not arrive until a couple of days after the official release, but if no one else has done so by the time I get it, I'll list what the extras are. That way people can decide whether they want to spend the extra money or not. I think it would be worth it for the closed-captioning alone, but that's just me.

It's good to know that they're coming out a version with subtitles...I haven't bought it yet, and will probably HAVE to buy online... yesterday my sister and I called every store in our area that carry movies, and no one had it...on top of that no one thought it was a real movie. We had to spell it, and repeat the title to everyone we called. o well, their the ones missing out.

Yeah, you should just buy it online. I did. The only Cillian movie I've ever found in a store is 28 DL... Too bad for the stores, they're missing out!

It's not a big-release type movie, even though Cillian probably has more name recognition. If it was ever released in theaters here, I sure don't recall hearing about it. A lot of video stores only carry the major releases, and even places like Blockbuster often miss out on the lesser-known titles. It might be even harder to find it to rent, but I'm sure eventually there will be used copies available on Amazon or Half.com or similar places.
It's probably going to be difficult for people who can't buy online for one reason or another, but not necessarily impossible.

I bet you can special order it in most places, even in like a bookstore or something. Barnes and Noble offered to special order on the edge for me when I asked about it.

Amanda, that is so hysterical, the exact same thing happened to me!!! I asked Barnes and Noble if they could order it for me, and they were all..."Is that really the name?" and I was like "YES!!!" And then they looked at me funny and looked it up with a huge sigh. He finally looked up and said, "Well, it didn't bring up anything." Like I shouldn't be surprised and how dare I waste his time. Then the girl asked me about it, saying it was a really odd title. I laughed and agreed and explained a little about the movie and then told her that it starred the guy from Batman Begins that played Scarecrow, figuring that would help her, and she was like..."Oh, ok..." Big pause...then I went away. *blushes*
I can never find films to buy, though I have found Intermission and Bitter Harvest to rent. BITTER HARVEST ROCKED CILLIAN WAS SO ADORABLE!!! ahem...sorry. Loved it. Anyway, maybe when Cillian finally gets the full recognition he so rightfully deserves things will get easier to find.
