Have you guys read about this yet? I frequent a celebrity gossip blog called Dlisted (yeah i know, i know...but it helps me wake up in the morning  ) and i NEVER would have thought I'd see the day when they covered a story involving him. Well, it was really about Sienna Miller. Turns out biatch was out partying in London with Cillian and the paps caught it. Now, the pictures are pretty innocent enough, for any other celebrity - yeah night out on the town, whatever, right? But this is CILLIAN. He HATES media attention, he doesn't even do live interviews! What possessed him to hang out with SIENNA MILLER of all people. AND knowing her track record with married men....ugh, i hope this amounts to nothing and i'm just freaking out for no reason, but Cillian, you are better than this, and you had better not do anything stupid, otherwise she WILL give you a super-STD. I was very impressed/amazed that Cillian was able to work on two consecutive films with her without being hypnotized by her homewrecking-coochie but ummm....i hope i didn't speak too soon. I still am a little surprised at this. Of course, it could well have been nothing more than two friends catching up after not seeing each other for a while.... and that's what I would think if it was any other woman. Sienna's track record, however, sets her faaaarrrrrrr apart from the rest of the female species.
Anyone else think Cillian looks really hot and handsome in these pics though? So good to just SEE him again. Loving the hair, the sideburns... those jeans on him. Sigh... guess I can't really blame Sienna for not being able to stay away from him....

i wouldn't worry.. in all these pictures, there seems to be a pretty safe distance between them. it looks pretty innocent.

I'll give Cillian the benefit of the doubt. He just doesn't seem the type to be Mr. Club Hopper. I'm thinking they've done two films together and they're friends.
I'm just taking into consideration that Cillian isn't the 'celebrity' type. He is anti-Hollywood celeb. He has said that his wife is his soulmate and he obviously loves his kids.
I don't see him cheating on Yvonne. I would be horribly disappointed if he was stepping out on his wife.
Until someone proves otherwise, Cillian hasn't done anything wrong.

Oh my gosh. I don't mean to overreact, but my heart almost stopped when I started reading this thread. I almost couldn't go on finishing reading it. I thought maybe it was just another rumor, but then I saw the links to actual pictures of them. I almost couldn't bring myself to look at the pictures (but I did). I know that probably nothing's happened yet between them, but I can't help but feel a bit devastated. One of the things I've always liked about Cillian was that he wasn't the "celebrity" type. That's pretty rare for an actor nowadays. I felt proud that he proclaimed to want to stay away from the celebrity life. I remember from an article where he said he doesn't "fall down drunk...sleep around..." (something along those lines). I'm probably overreacting and jumping to conclusions. Can't help it. Sienna has such a bad reputation! I mean, she's not too bad of an actress really, but gosh, the whole thing with Balthazar Getty... (Have you guys seen the pictures of the two of them out and about?!) I've always wondered what Cillian thinks of Sienna and her scandals since he backed up Keira and her paparazzi ordeal... I guess now we know. I guess he's probably okay with it. They must be really good friends for him to feel that way and supporting her. Gosh, I hope Cillian's smart to not get romantically involved with Sienna. I realllly hope so. But he's a man, and he's human, so he's bound to be tempted. He's not perfect. But I just get so crushed just thinking about the possibility and the fact that he's married with two young children at home. I don't think it was a smart move for him to go out with Sienna alone by himself. He should know better that paparazzi are practically leeched onto her. At least, his wife should've gone with him. Call me traditional or biatchy or whatever, but it just doesn't ring well with me if a married (or taken) man goes out with a single woman. It just doesn't bode well. Sigh. Sorry for ranting and overreacting. I guess on the upside of things... yay, for new Cillian news! And yes, Pisces, he does look awfully cute. But I still feel so crushed looking at the pictures.  EDIT: I didn't realize that there were other pictures from the link that Pisces provided until I was skimming through ohnotheydidnt at livejournal. Can I just say that Cillian looks freaking pissed drunk?! It's a bit amusing I have to admit, but gosh, I just feel worse now. At least, he shouldn't have been such a drunk (yet hot) mess already with Sienna in the mix. It just doesn't look good. |

like i said before, i wouldn't worry too much. i have alot of guy friends who are quite promiscuous, and although i personally don't want that lifestyle for myself and also have a boyfriend, i still hang out with them. their personal life is their own business and is none of my own as far as i'm concerned. so it is possible to hang out with someone of the opposite sex as just friends and have no sexual chemistry/attraction to them.
also, i know Cillian has stated several times that he prefers to stay out of the limelight as far as partying goes, but that doesn't mean he can't go out every once in a while and have a few drinks with a friend. my boyfriend and i go out all the time without each other. i don't have a problem with it because i trust him. if you don't trust your partner, then your relationship has no foundation. i know some of you are worried about his wife and children, but honestly, i wouldn't fret until there's actual proof that Cillian has done something wrong. in my opinion, judging by these photos, he's done nothing wrong.

Well, until I see Cillian out and about without his wedding band....I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he's just hanging out with a friend.
If you really look at all those photos ...he is walking off to the side and letting the paps do their thing. He said during "Edge of Love" that he felt sorry for Sienna and Keira because of all the bs they had to deal with everytime they walked outside their door.
Cillian is probablly just a good friend. He's not known to be promiscuous....and he hasn't done or said anything that would lead me to think otherwise.
Most of my best mates are men. Believe me I've dealt with the jealous girlfriend thinking 'something' had to be going on between us. It's just two friends hanging out.
I just don't see him as anything other than the contented husband and father.
If he does find someone else....I can't judge him. Most marriages end in divorce...people fall in love, grow apart...
So unless someone can prove to me otherwise or have pics of him out with her or anyone else without his ring....

I do understand that a man and a woman can be just friends... I just wished he and Sienna would've been caught together doing something else. Like maybe having drinks at an early happy hour? Having lunch or dinner? It would appear more harmless than being out together and getting drunk until 3:30 AM. I soo do not mean to be so judgmental. It's absolutely great that Yvonne trusts him to be out with his female friends, but it's just risky that the friend happens to be Sienna. She just has so much scandal surrounding her. I know that it's really none of the paps' business whatever's going on with her and Balthazar (or any of our business, for that matter), and I feel a bit sorry for her being hounded by the paps all time, but I can't help but see her in a bad light when I see those shocking pictures of her and Balthazar together. It's a pity really that her credibility as an actress is being tarnished by such scandal. Most people (including myself) cannot see past that. Anyway, I'd probably would've toned down a bit with the overeaction if it hadn't been involving Sienna. Some actress less scandalous like Keira, Kelly Macdonald, or Naomie Harris... Aren't they Londoners, too? Oh well. Glas and Meghan-- Thanks for your rationalizations (I gave you guys each a CB.  Meghan, I won't be able to until the next hour.) I hope I didn't sound like too much of a crazy, drama queen.  I guess I got too much of the "female-driven, emotion-based dilemma."  I usually try to be more reasonable. Really. You guys are absolutely right. Until we see actual proof of anything going on between Sienna and Cillian (and I'm sure we will (if it ever happens) knowing how Sienna hungry the paps are), there's no need to jump to conclusions. |

I freaked out when I first saw those pics too. And I do agree that hanging out with a girl with a reputation for being a home wrecker/party girl...out in the wee hours of the morning royally pissed out of your skull....um yeah...probably not the brightest thing to do. But Cillian doesn't seem to give two sh*tes about what people think, so.....
Eh....we'll just have to see what happens.

Rukia- I am right there with you, girl. If Cillian really doesn't want controversy, then he wouldn't go out with Sienna Miller at 3AM. It's that simple. If they truly are only friends, there are a hundred other different ways and places and times they could hang out without risking the internet frenzy that they both know will happen when they are spotted together. For someone who supposedly loathes controversy, he was taking a hell of a chance... and for a guy, that usually means there's a pretty powerful reason for such risky behavior.
Now, I am aware that persons of opposite sexes do hang out and nothing happens. I just get a vibe here that reads different to me.... and yes I really am going to stand by that vibe- it's usually pretty solid. LOL. The fact that he is walking a distance away from her means nothing - it might only mean that he's not stupid enough to have his arm around her while there are a dozen cameras in his face.
As far as him having a family, well, families break up all the time through one partner's selfishness, and we do have to consider the sheer amount of temptation that probably comes Cillian's way every time he's out of the house. That doesn't mean he's doing anything, and it doesn't mean he's an arsehole. But sorry, this does NOT look innocent to me. Not really. Not at 3AM, drunk, with a well-known homewrecker. It has to be very difficult to maintain a steady marriage when you are as talented and gorgeous and as desired as he is... it's something that would take superhuman willpower. Cillian is human.
Whichever way this goes, I still admire him for his talents. It doesn't alter my view of him one iota one way or the other.

Oh wow..just no cillian..no! I want to think this is all innocent and all but god, why is he out till 3 am clubbing? with Sienna Miller of all people? I guess for all we know he and his wife aren't even together anymore. He's such a private person that if he was seperated from Yvonne, we probably wouldn't know about it. Unfortunately we can't see his hands in any of these pics to determine if he has his wedding ring on. Maybe Yvonne was out of town? I know If I were her, or a married woman for that fact, I wouldn't want my husband out till all hours of the morning, club hopping with a young, attractive blonde! I'm sure he and Sienna are just good friends (I hope) but still, this does NOT look good. And they are getting into a cab together? gosh Cillian, NO!!!

You know, aimeebaby, that is a very good point indeed. We have absolutely no way of knowing whether or not Cillian and his wife are together, separated, whatever. It's not as if his personal life has ever been the subject of much media attention, so if they had broken up, it could have happened completely under the radar.
It would also explain the blase look on his face in most of these pics- he doesn't look at all as if he even cares that he's being photographed in such a circumstance.

I don't like to jump to conclusions. We don't know if they arrived together or not. Perhaps they accidentally met each other. The Groucho Club is a private club for artists and people in the media so it is conceivable that they met there and are just sharing a cab. Besides Cillian looks so drunk I doubt that he could perform. ( I'm trying to be polite as possible. ) It may also be a publicity stunt. Cillian's and Sienna's latest films haven't done well and from what I've heard The Hippie Hippie Shake is not good and Cillian did not get good reviews. Who am I kidding? The man talks a good talk but in reality Cillian is just like any actor who lets fame distort his thinking capacity. Did you really think that a handsome, sexy, and yes a celebrity wouldn't cheat? Come on, he's been with Yvonne since he was a young man and as one matures our tastes and needs change. Cillian is no angel but God he has terrible taste in woman!!!! Could our boy be gay?
