Today my sister, cousin and myself went to watch a seal being re-released into the wild. It was a lovely sunny spring day and there was a big crowd there to watch the adorable seal being set free again after the Seal Sanctuary had nursed him back to full health. He was so cute and knew exactly what to do- the second that crate was opened he was gone! Straight down into the sea without stopping. Then he just swam up and down the shore infront of the crowd as if he was posing for photos. Then we went into a quirky(and extremely busy!) pub on the harbour and had lunch and Baileys coffees. Enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Sounds like a fantastic way to spend a Sunday! Glad you had a nice time Razz. Hmm...reading that's making me crave a Bailey's coffee now LOL And that's great to hear Ashley Rose! Congratulations by the way! This probably doesn't sound anything too special at all compared with some of the other recent things that have been posted (LOL) but I'm pretty pleased that a family meal I cooked today turned out pretty well. Admittedly the washing up that came afterwards wasn't so much fun - but all in all I felt the effort was worth it! ;D

Baileys coffees are the best! Good to here your family meal went well! I've never attempted to cook a whole meal for my family, i can't see it ending well.

Thanks Razz! :-) I'm going to admit I actually cheated a little as had to have some help LOL But all in all for a first attempt I don't think it was bad. And practice makes perfect! I really love Bailey's in coffee too. And Irish coffee! Been some while since I last had either, as mostly tend to have that kind of thing around Xmas time. But think they both make a really nice pub treat too. Reading that post of yours from above is making me think I must definitely sample some more myself when I next get the chance! ;D

Well done Bunnie. Hope it goes well for you. Today i may have splurged a teeny bit on stuff i don't really need when i went to town(Dublin)....like a new piercing and a couple of new earrings. But i love them! And that's a reason to be happy. And my sister's hen party is this weekend- heading down to Galway for the weekend. Should be great craic- it's already bringing back memories of going down there last year to see Cillian on stage. Ahhh such a beautiful day that was.....

Good luck with the audition Bunnie. My reaso to be happy is that the hen weekend was brilliant fun and now i can't wait for the wedding. Also, hypnotherapy is really helping me, i can't wait to go again on Wednesday. Oh and we've been having such beautiful weather here for the past month or so. It's great, i just hope it lasts for the summer!

Hypnotherapy is something I always wanted to try, but I'm reluctant to go through it because nobody I know has ever tried it, so I dont know what to expect. From only what I've seen in movies or on tv, I'm afraid I'm going to say or do something very embarrassing.

I was thinking that too before i researched it. It's nothing like all that stuff you see on stage or in movies. You're completely awake and aware throughout. It's basically just a state of relaxation and meditation where the hynotherapist can then implant new ways of thinking into your mind, and hopefully fix what you want fixed or change the way you think about a certain thing. It's just when you lose yourself in something- getting lost in a good book and not hearing someone talking to you, or when you get lost in your own thoughts while driving, they're both forms of hypnosis. So if you like reading, watching movies etc and find hypnosis intriguing or interesting it's more likely to work for you.

I'm going to look around my area to see if they have this. I'm really curious to try this out. Thanks Razz.
I'm happy because I just received my "Waveriders"DVD . Maybe if I watch it now, right before bed, the sound of Cillian's voice can help me fall asleep faster.
