Have they wrapped on The Retreat? If not then he's probably still wroking on it. But if it has finished, then i'm hoping that something may be getting under way regarding At Swim Two Birds.  |

Razz: Yeah, now that you bring it up, I am curious about the status of At Swim, Two Birds. Last I heard of it, the script is still going through the writing process and they still have to apparently figure out how the finances are going to be distrubuted. I hope it gets off the ground for real soon, because the cast certainly can't wait forever for this, right?

When I look at the IMDB page it said that The Retreat was in post production so I'm guessing they are done with most of the filming for it? Also it said that Now is in the filming process so maybe he's doing that first.

This movie looks like it will be amazing, and I am super excited about it! ;D Isn't it weird how many films Cillian has signed on for that have the word 'Red' in the title? He did Red Eye, started to shoot that one called Red Light Runners that never got finished, and now Red Lights! Looks like red is his lucky color!

Any new updates on this? I heard it was originally suppost to start shooting in Feburary. The imdb page is up. www.imdb.com/title/tt1748179/.. According to that Cillian's characters name is Tom Buckley. |

Yes, according to this article from last October, www.funkube.com/?p=2363 , the film is supposed to be shooting for two weeks in Canada and seven weeks in Spain. Now it seems Robert De Niro and Sigourney Weaver will be arriving in Spain in February to shoot for eight weeks. I'm guessing Cillian will follow sometime around then  |

Actually Cillian is one of the major characters. I believe that what was meant was that the love interest angle was not a crucial element of the plot as a whole.  |

So what we know so far... - From that "teaser poster" (this one: cdn.mos.totalfilm.com/images/c/cillian-murphy-sees-red-lights-470-75.jpg), Cillian's name appears first, likely meaning he's the main character/receives first billing. - Cillian's character is supposed to be an assistant to Sigourney Weaver's character. Since she plays a college professor, he'd be like one of those TA's that you may have had around in your class if you're a college student. And Lizzie Olsen's character being a student, I guess it would make sense that the romantic subplot wouldn't be a huge part of the film. I gotta say though, I'm really excited for this. It sounds like a solid work with great names attached to it and radically different from other things Cillian's done. |

She's much younger than Cillian, only a year younger than me, but still - a major love story between the two would be odd. That being said, I'd take a love scene with Cillian...  Still, it probably wouldn't fit the plot in this case. I hope he has a lot of screen time, I like anything to do with paranormal stuff. Edit: Thanks for clearing that up Kizuna, the small love interest makes sense now since she's a student. |
