Hello to everyone, I'm new on this forum. My name is Valentina, I'm 18 years old and I live in Spain (Sorry for my bad english)
A few time ago, I saw for the first time the movie "Red Eye" on TV and I discovered Cillian, and since then I'm obsessed with him!! I mean, he is the best actor I have ever known, furthermore he is gorgeous and sexy! He is the perfect man!
In this period of time I have seen: "Inception" and "Watching the detectives" but I really need to see all his movies!!
Since I've discovered him I felt bad for not having done it before. I just felt like I have missed a lot of things of his career and life! But at the same time I try to stay calm thinking: it's normal, In Spain Doesn't arrives a lot of his films and... I'm young... You know... So I decided to see all of his films now: I took (at my university's library) the following ones: 28 days later, Intermission, Batman begins, Breackfast on pluto and The wind that shakes the barley. (All the films they have with cillian!!)
My question is: What order do you reccomend me to see all this films? With wich one should I start???

Hello Valentina! I hope you'll feel at home on this forum I don't think you need to see those movies in a specific order, but I give you this advice: save the best for the end! Breakfast on pluto is -in my opinion- the best movie in wich Cillian ever played. His performance is outstanding and the movie itself is wonderful. I know, seeing Cillian in drag seems a little disturbing at first but you'll see: he makes you forget there is a man between Kitten.

Hi Valentina! nice to have you here as you can see from my name, sig, avatar etc. my favourite Cillian role is Dr Crane from Batman Begins. This was the role that hooked me on him so I would definately recommend you see this one as soon as possible! they are all great films so get started and enjoy!

Hi there Valentina, welcome to the Cillian forums! Glad to see another new fan joining, and hoping you enjoy your stay here! As for whichever order you want to check out your choice of Cillian movies in, I just say watch them in whichever order is your personal preference! ;-) If you want to start with the earlier one's then do, but if you'd rather start with a later film that takes your fancy more than the other titles then by all means go with it! So long as you enjoy the films then that's the main thing!

Hi! Welcome, hope you enjoy it here! I joined a while ago and I must say this is a really nice forum, everyone is so sweet.
I saw Breakfast on Pluto last week and I think it is kind of strange, but I liked it. Like Gaby said, you forget there is a man behind Kitten, he plays the role so extremely convincing. I still have to see the others but I'm really looking forward to it! Just watch the one that draws your attention (:

Thanks to everyone! I'm so pleased to be here with all people taht loves Cillian!
I think I will Began With Batman... Dunno why! XD
The only thing that I hate is that I need to see these films in spanish because if don't do this I lose cillian's face reading the subtitles... But I lose his voice....

Hola, Valentina! Welcome! I had the same problema with the subtitles. But don't worry too much, at some point you'll end up memorizing (unintentionally) all of his dialogues. xD sad, huh? Haha..

Welcome to the forum Valentina. Glad to see you've been sucked in by Cillian's extreme talent. Hope you enjoy watching all those films- i don't think there'a particular order you should watch them in, just whichever one you're in the mood for at that time. His performance in all- especially Breakfast on Pluto and The Wind That Shakes the Barley are class. Although i still think 28 Days is my favourite movie overall.

Welcome to the forum Valentina! As everyone said it doesn't matter what order you watch them in, your choice of Batman is good though. I always try to watch an actors most well known movies first but you said you've already seen Red Eye and Inception which are his two other most well known films. But after you watch Batman Begins you should definitely watch 28 Days Later, The Wind That Shakes the Barley and Breakfast on Pluto because all those are really great movies. I also recommend you watch On the Edge, Disco Pigs, and Sunshine, if you can find them, those are also really good. Anyway, hope you enjoy watching them and if you have anymore questions or comments please don't hesitate to post!

WELCOME VAL , I've also recently been hooked on Cilly and pretty much seen half of his movies the past week. All the movies are great and he chooses his roles very carefully so, he is gorgeous in all of em'. I hope the Irish accents he has in the movies don't confuse you. But, the accent is cute and you'll get used to it.

Yesterday I saw Breakfast on Pluto and, what to say .... his performance is simply superb. You can feel Kitten as a real person and forget that Cillian it's behind her (exept for the blue eyes). He perfectly captures the essence of the character!
And... Today I will see the wind that shakes the barley!
Pd: the truth, by now his accent isn't a problem for me because I'm watching this films dubbed in Spanish ... (TT, it's very sad for me not knowing english) but I will watch the films again in original version to hear his lovely voice.
