So after months of saying, "I really need to see this film!" I've finally seen it! I went out to rent movies last night, and it was as if I was meant to find it. There it was right on the end of the rack. ;D Unsurprisingly, I loved the film and its characters. The film itself was simple, yet profound. Cillian was fantastic, but I didn't expect anything less from him. A couple of parts I found especially funny were when he told his boss that the smell of - I can't remember what he was cleaning up exactly - made him sick and then he went to clean it, proceded to throw up, and said, "Told ye!" The other part was when that old lady was hitting on him at the bar, and then had a fit when she saw him dancing with another woman. Cillian's facial expressions really get me! Over-all, I enjoyed the film, really glad I rented it!  PS. What is that brown sauce? It looked like molasses or something. |

lol...those screencaps were amazing impeachy...but that earring of his--I kinda squealed...it's weird seeing him with an earring.
I need to see this movie now Cait, it sounds like it's a bunch of fun!

Cait I think this is what brown sauce is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HP_Sauce I could be wrong though. I kinda love the earring bunnie. Looking at the photo it looks like he has two earring hole in that ear. |

I don't use to like earrings on a guy, maybe I tolerate them if they are accompanied by a rock style, but always a ring, never something like a diamond, argh!

Cait: It's great that you finally watched the movie. :)Those are funny scenes...I also thought it was funny when Cillian called his ex a "blackguard" when he confronted her at her apartment, and when Colin Farrell tries mixing the brown sauce with his coffee (I think...I can't remember) and he says it's "not bad." @bunnie24: Thanks! Glad you liked them. ;D @mokey: Yup, it looks like there are two holes in that ear when I zoomed in on the photo. I also found this on Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_sauce and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_sauce_(meat_stock_based). anitnelav: True! Diamond earrings are too girly. I don't like it either when guys wear that. It's okay if it's a ring like Cillian's or those round black things most rockers wear. Jinx: I don't mind if guys wear earrings. When I was younger, I used to think they were hot, too. I guess it also depends on a guy's lifestyle, occupation and age. A middle-aged executive wearing an earring would be a turn-off.

That 2nd earring hole you guys are talking about on Cillian's left ear....I could be wrong, but I always thought it was a small mole or a freckle. I have one on my right ear and everyone thinks it's a piercing. I find this interesting....in Moleoscopy, having a mole on the ear means wealth/ fame. That's true in Cillian's fortune-telling, but in my case... NO! Maybe my time hasn't come yet  |
