 Yeah, I'm into the Cillian Murphy gangster fever !! LOL LOVE these cloths. Cap! Waistcoat! YAY ! ;D (I didn't draw the jacket like in that official pic because, yessss, I love vests, and also because I'm not very good at drawing jackets in general  ) I focussed more on style and "coolness" than on anatomical correctness LOL And forgive me what I have done with his eye... I'm not 100% content with the way it went out, but, well... I wanted the artwork to look stylish and comic-like. |

Thanks girls !!! I really enjoyed drawing this and I can't believe that it took me only about two hours. That's quite quick for me because usually a drawing, even a sketch, takes me more than one day. (and a lot of trials and errors LOL) |

 YAY! After weeks (months??) of not-drawing I finally did some drawing again. That Clash cover is one of my absolute favs of all Cilly photoshoots!! And I guess it was just a matter of time until I would draw it.  Jeeeeez does he look good on that cover!! *faint* My artwork is not accurate compared to the cover shoot and it's not meant to be accurate either. It's just what I felt like doing. Also I kept the quite sketchy look with intent. I did try to color it as on the original photo but it was not looking good (Or maybe I just couldn't do it right LOL) So I left it like this. And I really like it. |

Thank you Cait! Actually I'm a bit surprised myself that it turned out so well, because these outlines, the sketch work you see underneath, is the initial, the very fist and rough sketchwork which I then scanned in and colored it. Actually, I wanted to re-draw the sketch work because I wanted to have more proper outlines to scan in and color. But the second one just didn't turn out as good as the initial one. It had lost its whole dynamic and rough beauty But that's quite a common experience I have with drawing, I have to admit. It was finnished so surprisingly quick... But very often exactly these quick, emotional and impulsive drawings are the best ones. |

 Nothing innovative here LOL Initially, I didn't want to publish that one at all because I wasn't satisfied with it. (In my opinion, I totally screwed up his eyes... ) Until I came across it today and thought that there are more things I like about it than I dislike. So here you have it. It's not one of my masterpieces... And these damn glasses... I love Dillinger's glasses, but drawing them is a challenge. Oh and, yes, I shamelessly used that one as a reference:  |

Zombie, everything you do looks beautiful and perfect to me! I love looking at artists' sketches or unfinished work, I find it so interesting. I'm still so amazed by how well you draw hair. I can never make it look realistic. |
