First of all, THANK YOU, Zombiekitten for the new trailer featuring that uber sexy new clip of Leon. Secondly, I just had to gif that sh*t!   And this one I made especially for Pisces, because it's SO true!  PS. YES, that music fits perfectly! I can see Leon doing this on a highway, with an explosion going off behind him. And it's also a bit arrogant, that chewing. But in a sexy way.  Somehow I still can't believe with how much beautiful, sexy Cillianess we are blessed at the moment. Just rewatched this new trailer again and realized that a big part of what makes it really work for me is the music. I'm referring to the score that's playing during the part we're all in love with, where Leon is striding toward the camera in tantalizing slow motion. That music is very dramatic and ominous - very fitting for him. I don't know if it's music from another previous movie (a common technique for trailers), or if it is actual score for In Time, but I REALLY like it. It sounds very much like Michael Nyman, who scored another of Andrew Niccol's films, Gattacta, and I've been hoping against hope that Nyman will do the score for this one. (Crossing my fingers HARD that it's Nyman!!) Dramatic music = Leon even sexier |

I'll give you a CB as soon as I can give out another one.  I like the White Stripes!!! Cait: CB for you!!! Awesome gif. @bunnie24: it would be so cool if we could all get together to watch the movie! I wonder if we'll be able to hear the dialogue above all the squealing? LOL! If you ladies all lined up for Raymond Leon, can I have Jackson Rippner all to myself now? ;D LOL! Just kidding. I'd have to watch the movie to see if Leon's going to enchant me the way JR did.

Anybody of you hanging around the IMDB from time to time? I do. Since I'm waiting for some news about In Time I'm there quite often. But I can tell you I'm so SICK of those people there who are judging this movie only by the trailer. Who are saying it looks like crap and they complain about story holes and illogical things on and on ALTHOUGH THEY HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE YET !!!  Aahhhrrrr.... maybe it's a waste of energy to be angry about those stupid people. But it really does frustrate me. Why can't they just wait and see the movie and THEN judge it ?? I don't understand. I think there are a lot of people there who just writing such things to provacate and insult. It' so childish !! But somehow I'm fearing that this whole bad talk might could prevent people who are still uncertain to go watch the movie... And every second comment I read is about how similar the plot is to Logans Run !!! f*ck how annoying !!! YES WE GOT IT !! Oh man... Don't they understand that it isn't a plagiary if a filmmaker just let's himself being inspired ? There are plenty of movies where the plot is inspired by other books, movies etc. No story in this world is really entirely new. Whatever... Maybe I'm overreacting. In Time is the only movie so far I'm observing that intensely. And maybe on other boards from other movies the talk is similar. But it makes me somehow angry. Maybe I should just stop going there and read the boards and comments. |
