Well, Jackson obviously goes to Pisces, as long as she doesn't mind if we take a nibble once in a while.  LOL!!! Sure thing!! That's probably not up to me, anyway. Jack doesn't seem the type of man to let one single woman keep him from all the rest.  Sexy bastard. ... obviously Cillian would have been the better lead, but I really like Leon for Cillian. There's lots of comparison to Logan's Run on Youtube as well. I haven't seen this personally, is it really that similar? I had the same dilemma when I thought about it - which would I rather have had, Cillian as the lead with the most screentime, or as the antagonist with less screentime? That's a hard choice. In the end, I have to go with what I personally prefer, which is that he plays the heavy again - he's such a natural for it.  I can't complain, because this role of Leon is EXACTLY what I've wished for him to do for so long, right down to the clothing and the car. Unbelievable.  It's been so many years since I saw Logan's Run, but as far as I remember, the only real similarity is that people only lived to a certain age (think it was 30 in LR), and that there were enforcers of some kind. But I don't recall any way to buy yourself more years or time in LR, and I am nearly certain that time wasn't currency at all. You just lived to 30 and croaked. So yeah, there are similarites, but the people who are calling In Time a "rip-off" are going a little over the top. Especially when you consider the very real fact that any movie that comes out is going to have some similarity to another movie that preceded it. I don't have an issue with this at all. Looks to me like In Time is much more a social commentary on larger issues like greed and the injustice of a system that encourages an extreme imbalance of wealth. ;D |

we should start a thread about our favorite characters and then start debating about why their the best!!!  I'm with you on that one. ;D I have a feeling, though, that Team Jackson is gonna have a lot of feisty fan girls on his side. LOL! Pisces: Darn!  And I thought Raymond Leon was doing a good job of distracting the other Jackson fans...I was about to whisk Jackson away to a secluded island paradise somewhere in the Pacific. Wait, scratch that...it's monsoon season!  I'm definitely not gonna claim Pieter just because he's not taken... Hmmm...Neil seems like he's easy to get along with, and he's really funny and sweet...or I could take Robert Fischer, Jr. because he's so rich...but, NO!!! When I've got my heart set on something, I'm gonna stick to it, no matter what! I will follow Jackson Rippner to the ends of the earth!!!Yeah, I'm probably gonna follow him because he probably wouldn't want to get tied down to anyone...unless it's Lisa. ;D On-topic: I am fervently hoping and praying that this movie gets a theatrical release here in the Philippines. Please, please, please, let me get what I want... I must admit that I am a bit skeptical about Justin Timberlake's ability as a lead actor, but I've never seen any of his movies, so I'm pushing aside all my doubts about him until I see this film. Besides, the movie is directed by Andrew Niccol, so that's definitely a big plus, and the rest of the cast (especially our beloved Cillian) look amazing, so I'm looking forward to it. |

Oh yeah! With new little clips of Cillian In Finland it's November 25th. Our neighbours, Russia and Sweden get it on October 27th and 28th. Here it comes almost A MONTH later... Why oh why... But I guess I shouldn't whine, since some people have to wait even longer... Sorry about that, Victim of love. |

Does anybody else notice that each new trailer that comes out has MORE Leon in it?? Hmmmmm... perhaps the studio has noticed that the public is responding with much enthusiasm to his part in this...? I've definitely noticed this, and greatly welcomed it. ;D My gosh, that scene of him driving sent chills down my spine. Thank you so much for posting this Mitzi, you've made my day!! Cannot wait for this movie. It's excruciating knowing that more footage of Leon yumminess exists, yet I still can't see it for another two months!! |

I'm sitting here in the lobby of the hotel in Lisbon, I can't turn the sound to loud and the internet connection is crappy and slow but ... OMG !!!!!!!!!!! THAT TRAILER !!! *eyes are falling out of my face* I don't know which attraction i should enjoy more: The beautiful sight of Lisbon or this WHOLE NEW SEXY SCENES WITH LEON !!! Ya-hoo !! I'm back !! Having a bit of a sunburn and weighing a little more (this f*cking good food and that delicious whine from Porto... Couldn't resist that LOL) Finally I can watch that vid LOUD and in a good sound quality and without my boyfriend or other people in the hotel lobby lurking over my shoulder while watching it. LOL SO sweet of you girls that you say you missed me !!! I missed you all too! I was so lucky to have a free internet access in the hotel in Lisbon.
