Dali & I: The Surreal Story

If couldn't find any post on this subject and was wondering if anyone knows details about Dali & I: The Surreal Story? Is it a movie he plays in or will play in? It's apparently with Al Pacino.

I made a thread on this a while back, I guess it got deleted. I can't tell you much about it besides what it says on IMDb. The movie was never finished, and I doubt they will finish it. It's not even listed on Al Pacino's IMDb page, nor Cillian's. So I guess the short answer is no, he won't be in it.

I'm not sure this one even got started on filming... I think it was like Telepathy, which was an Andrew Niccol film Cillian was going to do with Sam Neill... just never got off the ground. Seems to happen to our man a lot.

Thanks for finding that, Pisces! I didn't look, just assumed it was gone because Irishrose couldn't find anything about the film on the forum.

So, as you can see Irishrose, I had the same questions as you about it but yeah, don't think it will be happening. It's really unfortunate because I'm fascinated by Dali, and with actors like Al Pacino and Cillian, it probably would have made an excellent film.

He was asked about this last month and he said that it was all up to Al. Apparently it is Pacino that has backed off it. It all rests on him.
