Hi all, I'm a newbie, I'm Leyla and I live in Italy, nice to meet all of you *waves*
Actually, I'm an old fan. In age, I'm near Cillian's age (joking, joking, he's not old, but it's true I'm younger by a year) and most of all in being a fan.
I first saw Cillian back in 2003 in 28 Days Later and I was immediately hooked. Usually I'm not interested in young actors and sure I didn't pay any attention at all to actors of my age when I was 25. Still, quite surprisingly, I really liked that skinny boy and I've tried to watch all of his movies ever since. What I truly admire in Cillian, apart from the obvious gush over his incredible talent (and he is one of the best of his generation,that's for sure), is his integrity as a performer. I have a soft spot for European actors and you have to respect someone who could try and make big bucks in Hollywood in trashy movies and he decided to stay here and to choose quality. Choosing quality isn't the best choice to make money and to put your name in magazines, but I think quality is a long term choice for not flushing your career down the drain. That proves the kid was - is - also smart in addition to talented and very fascinating. Ok enough gushing, sorry for the long post and looking forward to talking to you!
