The extent of the situation was brought to my attention tonight and I felt I had to comment.
I apologize to all forum members that this situation has blown up as far as it has. I know many of you have been the subject of harassment because of this situation. As you all know, there is absolutely no tolerance of this. When you joined this forum, you all agreed to abide by the forum rules. Everyone may not always get along. But, it's your duty as a forum member to at least treat other members with respect.
In spite of what has happened, at the end of the day, this forum and Tumblr are still two entirely separate entities. What you all decide to do outside of this forum is your own business. Once you click onto this forum, it becomes my business (and the business of the rest of the moderators). Ultimately, if you're a forum member and you go onto Tumblr to cause chaos, that is out of our jurisdiction. Coming here and making accusations of a forum member causing chaos on Tumblr is equally useless. All this does is cause anger amongst everyone and for what reason? Trolling? Ultimately, it's not worth the frustration (and it'll also get you banned).
In the future, please keep these issues separate. If you encounter any issues on the forum, please report them to myself or a moderator. We will deal with the situation as soon as possible. If you have issues on Tumblr or any other website, please report those issues to those websites directly.
I've been a part of this forum for almost 7 years now and I can say that this forum is made up of some of the nicest people you will find anywhere. Let's keep it that way, please.
