Hi everyone!  I've been meaning to ask this for a while. How do you get karma? I just made a post over at my "I just won a Red Eye press kit...." thread and then I got 1 karma! So now I have some karma! But what has to happen before you get it? Just wondering! OMG I have karma now. *jumping up and down and clapping* ;D ;D ;D Tata for now! ~LaTissa~ P.S. Also, what does it mean when you have a lot of karma? |

Well, if someone loves your post, something you wrote, then that someone can click on the link under your profile that says "Exalt" (or "smite"). Exalt give you one karma point, and smite takes away one. You are only allowed to exalt once every hour, I think, to avoid misuse. Cool - so someone liked what you wrote!!  It's cool to get Karma. When I got my first two bits, I admit I did a small dance aorund the room!! |

It's just a love/hate kinda thing. Karma isn't really important and you don't even know who gives it to you. Hahah. Unless somebody's like, "EXALT!" or whatnot.

exalt is when you want to give a positive karma
and smite is when you want to give a negative karma
