Thank you!! I kept checking Ebert's website to see if he had written a review yet, but he hadn't. Really wanted to know what they thought of the movie, so thanks for the update!

Yay! They never say that they gave it two thumbs up in the ads in newspapers I've seen. That's weird. But that is pretty dumb of them to not talk about Cillian, he was incredible. What other actor could have been better? ? no one.

hmm.. did they edited it in the meantime? As far as I´ve read they DO write about Cillian. For exple: "Cillian Murphy is already established and does not need discovering, but here he shows an ability to modulate his character instead of gnashing the scenery."
Well, maybe it´s too strong, as Cillian still gets recognition and people are still "dicovering" him, but I have to say, I like this sentance more than all this stuff written about Rachel McAdams as it´s almost the same I´ve read about her the last weeks. At least, this sentance is something new. Greetz, Alexandra Yay! They never say that they gave it two thumbs up in the ads in newspapers I've seen. That's weird. But that is pretty dumb of them to not talk about Cillian, he was incredible. What other actor could have been better? ? no one.

okay, you´re right, in comparison to Rachel McAdams they really written very little about Cillian ... but here I´d really say "Quality than quantity".. I´m kinda sick of reading interviews and reviews with almost the same content, so I find it kinda refreshing if someone writes sth. else, even it´s not much but you just notice it.. yes i'm sure they have but they could have spared a minute on cillian....anyways glad it was a good revieW!

Yep, whats important is what they said and not how much. though it would have been nice to talk to Cillian maybe they had reasons behind it.

I'm just glad that Ebert and Roper finally learned how to pronounce his name. They've been calling him Sillian since 28 Days Later and I almost threw the remote at the tv when they called him that during their Batman preview.

That's a good thing. I can't stand the mispronunciation of his name.

Thank you!!!! I have been googling their website for days and days hoping to see what review they gave the movie. I guess it sucks that they didn't mention Cillian much....
And my roomates are still wondering why I was so excited - YEAY!!!!!!!! He (well, the movie) got two thumbs up!!!
Ok - going now to read it....and there might be a site that has a recorded (audio) review - I'll see if I can post the link when it's up.
Thank you!!!!

Ok, here's the stupid link to the audio review from their TV show. Stupid because they don't even notice Cillian other than pronounce his name correctly. It's all "Rachel this, Rachel that.." - damn!!!!!! oh well...you get to hear him talk about being "Jack Rippner"... tvplex.go.com/buenavista/ebertandroeper/today.html
