I was searching through youtube, and found a clip for Cillian's first movie Quando:

Declan Recks, the director, has a site here:

that contains a bit of info about Quando, and a 2.4 MB clip. I'm not sure if it's the same one that's on YouTube, because I haven't had time to check it out, but this site will tell you where it was shown, what awards it won, etc.
On the left-hand side, near the top of the page, it lists all the films he's directed; from there just click on Quando.
It's a 26 min. short film, so it hasn't been released on VHS or DVD.

Does anybody has some new information about where you can watch this short film ?

I desperately wanna see it (Cillian looks so beautiful in it !! ), but all I found so far was this short preview clip on youtube (unfortunately in very bad quality... )
And on the website posted here as a link I didn't find anything that leads me to a clip in good quality and full length...
