WOW! I popped DP in the tele last night and was blown away by this movie, again! 
I know I've seen it a gazillion times but not in a while and WHOA...it was like it was the first time I'd ever seen it. I love how Kirsten Sheridan visually captured the simplicity of every scene in an otherwise complex story, not to mention with its convoluted characters. Some of the vibrant colours used in sets (i.e. Pig and Runt's rooms) added to their bold and unique characters. Cillian and Elaine were perfect as Pig and Runt. God, I just loved this movie!
It's nice to watch Cillian films if you hadn't seen it in a while. Give it a try...
