I am very interested to see the scarecrow costume. Oh to be part of the wardrobe/costume team. P.S Does anyone know why Darren Aronfonsky abandoned the Batman project?

You're not kiddin'! We all are dying to see The Scarecrow, but it's hush hush for now! Cill would make a great scarecrow, being so skinny and all. I'm imagining what his costume & makeup would look like. His body frame has come in handy in some of his roles: 28DL--he was newly out of a coma, fed only by IVs; then surviving on junk food. On the Edge--he was suffering from depression & coke. Disco Pigs--his character, Pig, was very young, going on 17 years old.

Ain't that the truth!!!!!!!!!!! (um, he WILL be lovely...) I just don't want to see him with men, though. But the role does seem challenging and of interest! I bet they will hardly show it here in the US.

Here's a preview of him in drag from Sunburn. He was even in a frock and F-me-heels and still looked hotter than me!

Pluto is going to be good , I can feel it in my bones ...... I'm going to see A Home At The End of The World at the weekend. Has anyone read the book?....beautiful, what you imagine coming from the author of the hours. Anyway my friend went to see it and reckons Colin Farrell delivers an oscar worthy performance . I think he's perfectly cast as Bobby. The reason I just digressed was because 'A Home...' features realtionship issues gay and straight (ala the hours) and I am eager to watch pluto and see if Cillian gets it right ...and hopefully he will

Here's a supposed claim of what the Scarecrow is going to look like. I don't know about you, he looks like a cross between Indiana Jones/Freddy Kreuger/The Mummy, and its mouth looks like the end of my hair drier. hehe! ;D

Maybe I am blind, but I didn't see this info about the Scarecrow costume here yet. I found it at: www.moviesonline.ca/movienews_1564.html"It does look Leatherface-like and is sewn-up with big stitches at different spots all over the mask. The face/head area looks as if a human face had been melted and disfigured. It is also more form-fitting than one might imagine. It even has a few strands of hair on top and around the eyebrow area. It is downright frightening and disturbing and I can't wait to see how it looks on the big screen. Cillian Murphy is also wearing a suit and tie as previously described by a BOF source." "The breathing apparatus is not visible and there is not a big hole or anything in the mouth area. It sort of looks like the face melted or something and is drawn down a bit--sort of skeleton-like particularly the nose. It is really freaking looking and should be scary as hell once the F/X are added in. Keep in mind that The Scarecrow will be depicted in various forms--in his real mask and in the different ways he looks to those he has gassed." There's also a sketch of the mask on the site. Has anyone else found any "leaked" information? Ang

Excellent....thanks for the info! I'm hoping that this film will be a return to the gothic dark splendour that should be synonymous with Batman . Cillian is going to be fabulous..in the fact the whole film will be amazing (fingers crossed) p.s I'm back and ready for some cillian discussions(serious or silly) x ;D

Maybe next year Jude Law will have to step aside for Cill to be People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive!" (After Cill gets more media attention when BB is released--it's amazing how he doesn't get more notice!) Hmmm, imagine Cill's face on the front cover of People.
