Thanks so much Rukia for including the links! I checked those out - thinking so far that this movie looks excellent!! It's definitely the most recent film of Cillians I'm the most excited about seeing right now - after seeing that. Have a CB!  |

It looks so good! My favorite parts Cillian digging in his pants (the look on his face) and when the gun goes off on him in the pool hall. lol He looks adorable I love the scruffy look as well!  I'd take him and put him in MY trunk!  I can't wait to see it but I haven't heard a peep about it at all in the States about being in theaters. Maybe it's very limited or something..... anybody know? I saw this movie at TIFF this fall and loved it! I am of course slightly biased in that I love this genre of film ... the brit gangsta/thriller/comedy that is reminiscient of early Guy Ritchie. Perrier's Bounty was funny and entertaining ... definitely can't wait to see it again and will definitely buy it if I ever find it. But that has proven to be the difficult part. I managed to track down the UK distributor (Optimum Releasing - isabelle@optimumreleasing.com) and the international Sales Agent (Hanway Films - ellen at info@hanwayfilms.com) but while being very prompt in their responses, neither are responsible for Perrier's Bounty coming to North America. They did tell me that IFC (maboxer@ifcfilms.com) is the American/Canadian distributor (although E1 Entertainment is responsible for the Quebec distribution). However, I have been unsuccessful in eliciting a reply from IFC. Their website www.ifcfilms.com does not have it even listed. Perhaps someone else would have better luck? If all else fails, I guess I'll order it from the UK when it comes out there... |

Welcome to the forums Suvi That's a pity you didn't get a reply from IFC. Hope you soon have better luck! It is indeed a big shame that not more information is available at this stage.  Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer till the situation changes! |

Thanks! Rumour has it, the movie will be out in the UK in March! I'll be in England on vacation in May and hopefully it'll still be playing in a theatre somewhere when I get there :-)
