I'm sure there will be at some point, because he seems to always go back to the stage, but it could be this year or three years from now. I haven't heard anything but future movie news for a while now -- no plays.

Well, not a whole new play but it seems Cillian will appear in a '2 nights only' performance as part of the 35th birthday celebration for the druid theatre company ;D . Read more about it in this article: irishtimes.comand on the druid.ie website: From galway to broadway and back again |

I just booked me two tickets for the Saturday night. ;D Can't believe Cillian is going back on stage, never thought i'd get to see him on stage....
Now i gotta book a holiday from work.

Thanks guys. And don't worry i know exactly how envious you're feeling. I love the man in my signature just as much as Cillian, and he's currently doing a long run on Broadway and one of the girls on his forum got to go to it, and she met him and chatted to him before and after the play. He's quite shy and awkward so i'd say he's really sweet to talk to- i was very jealous when she posted about it! Apparently she's met him before(more than once i think) and he now remembers her and kind of knows her!  Anyway don't worry i'll be sure to tell ye all about it.  I can't help fixating on a certain part of the site though, under the cast list, where it says:- "Those taking part correct at time of going to print. May be subject to change." Imagine if he had other commitments and it turned out he couldn't do it- with all his films coming up you never know!  I'd be devastated because i'm so excited about it since i found out. Hopefully it won't happen. |

Sounds like the usual thing they'd state for every theatre production *shrugs* Actually with a play you can never be 100% sure that all the actors will be in it that had been announced. Happened to me twice already  ... but I'll keep my fingers crossed that this won't happen to you! |

*knocks on wood for you* Don't say that Razz! I agree it's probably just red tape and something they always have to do as a disclaimer I'm sure he'll be there! Yeah i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
