It is a healthy diet... as for the brown sauce... mhmm bein there, done that. Yet, I'm gonna have to change it for chocolate syrup, cause that's what he actually served in his tea

hmmm, actual I can´t imagine the taste of this brown sauce, there is nothing similar I know! Maybe it´s a bit like maggi sauce .... this in my coffee??? *sceptic* Uhm, actual I don´t drink Coffee ... so I have to put it into tea or hot chocolate! When I saw intermission my hope was too, that it is choclate syrup in this bottle! But we´re crazy enought do a "Eat-like-Cillian"-week, so I would try this brown sauce in this week too !! Maybe it isn´t like my imagination ... not this very strong salty taste of maggi sauce ... Ok when should we start our Cillian-diet??? *lol* ;D

On Cillian's weight: I think he's naturally skinny, and healthy... But maybe losing weight for a film isn't healthy... As long as he puts it all back on again steadily.
I'm a vegetarian. Became one when I was... 11. 7 years of vegetarianism. I didn't find it hard to stop eating meat. At first I didn't want to eat it because I didn't like the thought of having something killed just to eat it. Now, it has kind of turned into a fear of meat. I don't like seeing it. I don't think smelling it. I don't like thinking about it. I mean, eating dead, decaying things? Ew. I know they're not strictly decaying... But they are, just slowly, because of freezing them. I also think that it's unhealthy- especially red meat. I would eat fish, because they're healthy- but they were still once alive... And have a face! The sucky thing is- I've actually gained weight since I became a veggie. Sometimes I wonder if I'd stayed a meat-eater, whether I would've turned out more skinny (can't really tell anyway since I started young). I used to eat and eat and eat and never gain anything... And now... Well... Let's just say I'm not happy about my weight, but at least I'm not obese! And I do eat supplements and stuff, so yeah... No anemia for me!
It does make me happy that he's a vegetarian though, and that he cares about eating healthy.

I hold everyone in very high regard who´s able to be a veggie!!! I wish that I have so much dicipline too!!!! It´s so healthy ... and these poor animals ... uhm ... I´ve to change something!! There aren´t any problems with under nutrients ... absolutly everything is contained in other food!! I think I´ll try it again ... I´m aneamic anyway, eating meat or not! ;D

I am planning on starting this monday Lahatiel. I really don't eat alot of meat in the first place. I was told I need to get more protein in my diet. I don't think I plan to give up seafood though. I think it's a good source of protein and I prefer it over meat anyday. So, let me know how things go. Any suggestions deadmeggy? Lahatiel, brownsauce is like a steak sauce. For Americans it's like A1 sauce. Not sure about other places. Either way alot of us tried it in tea and it wasn't very good.lol

I´ve started Sunday 27th May, 4:00 pm CST, I´ll let you know about my success or failure! ;D First day works good *lol* ... I think it will get catchier because I ate much meat the last years, espacially chicken ... I don´t quit eating seafood too, its a healthy alternate if you know where it comes from ... Let me know how things go too! And good luck! ;D Hmm, there´s nothing like brown sauce here in germany I think ... our Steak Sauce is similar to ketchup with spices espacially pepper ... wouldnt be very good in coffee or tea ... Brown sauce seams to be a bit sweeter because of it´s intrigents tamarind, date and molasses ... can´t imagine ... Think tomorrow I´ll start the "Eat like Cillian" Thread, I´m to tired now ... good night for today!

Oh yeah, all of you jump on the band-wagon, why don't you?? Hah, just kidding! Good luck with not eating meat! Muahaha, I do it with eeeease! Either way alot of us tried it in tea and it wasn't very good.lol Hmmm, protein, protein, protein... I guess just a lot of vegetarian meat substitutes have quite a bit of protein in 'em (Quorn, etc)! But I don't really pay attention to what food contains- unless it contains meat, of course!

About the whole dieting thing, guys-just remember that everyone's body will react to being a vegitarian differently, okay? Some people need more protein than others, etc etc. What works for Cillian probably doesn't work for the rest of us! Make sure you are all feeling healthy and full after each meal!
