The vid is lovely, and the band is interesting, but I have to admit that I haven't heard any other songs by them. Did you like Moulin Rouge, Gracey? This video is a total rip off with dance hall girls, glitter, and stars, but I liked it. Parts of the song remind me of Ewan singing (except I prefer Ewan's voice). I'm not an OC fan, but I am definitely a Star Wars fan and a fan of Ewan's. Also, the boy that plays Anakin has really, *clears throat*, matured nicely.  okay, okay, he's a hottie! So, I'll try to catch that. Thanks! |

....I loved the chanel ad he did ..that guy from 'Love actually' is erm...rather handsome, and Nicole looked fab!

Fortunately, it was at the very end of the OC, so I didn't have to suffer watching the show--I actually flipped there by chance after Survivor was off. What do you think of the new Star Wars trilogy? The characters don't appeal to me (even Ewan as Obi Wan ). I thought Samuel L. Jackson sucked in them, and I am not a fond of Natalie Portman, either. I didn't like her in Garden State. She can't act. Oooh, I better shut up before I piss somebody off.  |

Yes, you and anyone else who appreciates Liz Frazer(From the Cocteau Twins). This Mortal Coil was as side project from the 4AD label and featured their artists collaborating together to make an album of pure delight!!! ;D You probably already know this but Song to the Siren is actually Tim Buckley 's (Jeff's dad) song. Tim was a bit of a jerk and abandoned Jeff. Liz and Jeff had a very close friendship (more according to her but no more according to Jeff) and wrote one of my favourite Jeff songs together - 'All Flowers In Time Bend Towads The Sun' There you go - a little Jeffy trivia for you! I'm currently listening to Devendra Banhart mixed with Rufus and Martha Wainwright. Did I see someone here mention Tim Freedman from The Whitlams - I LOVE LOVE LOVE TIM!!!!!! |

PS: Star Wars pissed me off so bad, i hated it and I was so disappointed that George Lucas lost his mind with these last 3 films and made the most pointless piece of crap I have ever watched... The script is from hell oh god I hated it and I think it was such a waste of talent to put great actors *such as Ewan in pointless roles with scripts for 5-year-olds...the originals were so good it's just too bad  but anyway... I do watch the OC and you all have really great tastes in music - I see U2, Interpol, Modest Mouse and The Killers -they all rock! |
