To Bestshot & everyone else who may be considering leaving, Please focus on all of the good people here who make this forum a fun place to be. We are all fans on varying levels and for different reasons but no one is better then anyone else because they have seen more movies or know more little facts about Cillian like how tall he is, his birthday, because they respect him only for his talent etc... All that matters is that you are a genuine fan of Cillian (ie. not a troll) and you are not a sh*t starter. I think the good people here outweigh the drama if you really think about it. I hope you can block out the rest of the crap and try to enjoy this forum because I really like you and everyone else here that just wants to have fun and talk about Cillian without attacking others. I hope I have convinced you to stay if not I am sorry that some members are so unwelcoming to scare off anyone new that comes around. It's really really sad because this is really a great place when it comes down to it.  Why can't you all just get along and love me? |

Seconding what Larvalee said, as think just the same. And glad that you're still here posting Bestshot and haven't let the unfortunate turn this thread started to take put you off visiting.  Also many thanks to Larvalee for posting that pic of Cillian above! I don't think that I've ever come across that particular one before, even though by now I've seen quite alot of his pictures. Very nice! ;D

Bestshot- (if you are still around) I think the best thing to do would be to start a new thread regarding what you would most enjoy talking about! You don't have to wait for someone else to do so. If I may hypothesize for a moment, I believe that part of the reason there has been more discussion of Cillian's private life lately has been because, unfortunately, there has not been much in the way of work from him for us to talk about. I would be thrilled if this forum went back to the way it used to be - which was all of us engaging each other in discussion over his films, his characters, his upcoming releases, etc. Like you, I am more than ready to drop the subject of his personal life. I would hope that you would stick around and contribute... but of course I understand if you do not. I was annoyed enough with the negativity and intrusiveness here that I didn't visit for a few weeks. But I still feel that, if enough of us remain positive and start topics that pertain to his work, this forum can be a nice place to visit again. Call me an optimist.  |

Glad you are staying around Bestshot!!!! The majority of people on this forum are great! I've been a member for 4 years now and haven't yet really had a problem with anyone. I just really try to avoid confrontation anyways. Larvalee..that pic of Cillian is too cute!

It's an Irish film so I am guessing they filmed it in Ireland, could be wrong but that's all I could find. (of course I didn't dig too much just looked on The Cillian Site. lol )
