Very similar thing happened to me, Mokey. Red Lights was listed at a theatre about 25 minutes away from me. I called and they said that they would be showing it, but it disappeared from the website a couple of days later probably for the same reason - no business. I feel your pain!

Cillian about filming Red Lights in Spain..(yay, I'm a bit of proud of the "spanish crew" . Sigourney indeed repeated the experience by filming another movie in Barcelona titled The Cold Light of day, highly recomendable) so, Cillian, what are you waiting for to come back and do another film in here? ? You'll be pretty much wellcome Some more others on set in here, given than Red Lights is being released in Mexico these days..: www.ninefiction.com/?p=17522Zombie, I hope your boyfriend be kind enough as to drive you to see Red Lights this weekend despite being 1 hour trip. I'm sure you'll know how to reward him afterwards!

Yey! Polaris! I'm glad you saw Red Lights! What do you think of the cast and the direction? I thought Cillian's & Sigourney's chemistry was awesome! ;D I definitely enjoyed the cast. I think they all did well with what they were given. I was one of those who read the script, so I knew what was going on and anticipating things that were going to happen. Some of the transitions between tones weren't so successful. I really liked the cheap 80s (?) feel all the tv segments seemed to have. I also liked pointing out all the obvious Toronto spots in the movie.

I feel like I'm stoned I wanna be alone, just for a while, unknown Weeks on the road a long way from home Just shut off the phone
And you say I'll heal you I'll always be yours And you say I'll kill you If I do something wrong Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Still feels like the first time To stand here by your side Together regardless We'll walk through the darkness Still feels like the first day of my life

Awesome Leyla ! What did you think of it? I came across it quite by chance I must say... And had the pleasure to watch it for the first time tonight. I had been waiting for that moment since someone in here posted the original script online, which I found trully interesting. Maybe I have been raising my expectations too much for this... I mean, I have read the script about 20 times in like a year, and every time I thought it would be so good... I was a little disappointed. The ending was quite nice actually, even though I liked the scripted one better but I'm just being elitist Nevertheless, the movie was not that bad. I've heard some people who thought it was a disaster, and I was expecting a masterpiece... But it ended up being just a regular nice movie. The way it was shot, though, was really interesting. I won't give any spoiler. In a nutshell, it was a nice movie, but far from my favorites. I'll probably watch it again with some friends just for the sake of Cillian's face covered in blood. Maybe. Still, it's a nice one, and Sigourney Weaver (one of my first role models) AND Cillian Murphy? What's not to love about these two?

I'm happy for you girls! I'm giving up on this movie to be honest... I can't even see anything on a DVD release here... and the people on facebook where I won the poster signed by Cilly several months ago never sent it...
I'm just happy for pictures and gifs at least...

WOW awesome that you had the chance to watch it, Leyla and Jinx !!! Interesting how two-minded people are about the movie, especially its ending. That movie's polarizing, that's for sure. That makes me even more excited to see it. The fact that you, Leyla and Jinx, want to see it again is interesting too and could be a sign for the movie's complexity. I love movies that don't deliever the solution blatantly and by first sight... where you can discover more and more after seeing it again.

There are so many different and mixed reviews for this movie, that one is intrigued to judge by oneself..I agree that there are many "loosen" points, and I would have expected the script to develop more in depht the relationship between Cillian and Elizapeth Olsen's characters...but the film is enterteining all in all, despite the unexpected ending who might disapoint to many viewers, but one thing is for sure: the ending is surprising. I couldn't find anyone to be able to find out this plot-twist. Do you recognize in THIS your own reaction at the ending of the movie? ha, ha I guess that a second viewing is needed now that you know what's the real matter. It makes you think: WTF???!!!!! You will see it with different eyes! "] "I'm a professional sceptic who occasionally uses his paranormal powers"...he said this half joking, but....
