I just saw it tonight!
I might give a lot away, not about the plot but about Cillian's part so, don't read on if you don't want to know any more about it!
Well the movie was good. The special effects were cool as expected but the story wasn't anything super amazing. Nothing like Inception or anything but it wasn't bad and I did enjoy seeing it, but the highlight for me was seeing Cillian, and I was really happy for how his cameo went. You actually see him for around 2- 3 minutes of the movie and he does have several lines. It was a bigger cameo then his Dark Knight one I'll just say that. And he comes on in the first 10 or so minutes of the movie.
That's all I'll say for now and that I really hope they make another one and he gets to be in it! I would love it see Cillian in the computer world! ;D

Thank You!!!! For some reason when they mentioned his cameo I had thought he would have been in the computer world.

I saw it too, last night! I really loved Cillian's look in this movie. He's working the glasses and scruff, let me tell you. It was a small role, but they were definitely trying to convey that his character is one to watch for in the future. It was worth going just to see his cameo, lol. The rest of the movie wasn't bad, either XD

Yeah I just love how he looks in this movie. Really cute! ;D Also don't worry about missing seeing him because they pretty much introduce him by saying the name of his character before you see him. Like here is Edward Dillinger!

I sw it last night in Imax 3d and I have to say visually it was amazing. plot not so great but TBH I was so impressed with the 3d it didnt matter.
I knew Cillian had a cameo, but decided not to tell husband as I thought it might put him off watching it and think that was the only reason why I wanted to go see it (which it wasnt!)
When he came on screen my hubby said FFS. lol. i think he thought i had tricked him! but seemed happier when cillian didnt re-appear.
Cillian's glasses were great (love him in glasses) I really hope we do get to see him on the grid in the next film. he would totally rock those skin tight neon jumpsuits they wear!

I saw Cillian in the "Tron: Legacy". He is so f*cking handsome! He looks relaxed and confident. His movements are perfect! Damn... I admire this guy !

Saw it Saturday. Really reminded me of Metropolis, that grand, expressionistic landscape, and a world that's very much black-and-white, save for those jolts of neon color. A very immersive viewing experience, too, the sound at the Marcus Ultrascreen in Oakdale being palpable but not overwhelming. Not going to argue the complexity or noncomplexity of the story, as my longtime viewing pal, the aptly monickered Voice of Reason, has wisely put me on a permanent debate-prohibition regarding a certain movie That I Am No Longer Permitted to Name By Name, but let's just say I'm a sucker for the old tropes, and I thought Garrett Hedlund and Jeff Bridges ("both" of him) played out the father-son-loss-regret dynamic very well. (And, holy hell, the de-aging effects completely sideswiped me...! I'm old enough to remember Jeff Bridges clearly as he was twenty-plus years ago: the effects here were time-travel-level chilling.) Olivia Wilde: VOR pointed out that she seems really to find joy in acting, and her eyes are so very expressive. Good work from her here. And, of course, Cillian, looking very comfy 'n' cozy in his scruffy-programmer skin. (Is it just me, or does he have the world's hairiest forearms...?) Yes, indeed, that lithe frame will lend itself nicely to the black-spandex-and-neon treatment... ... though the eternal devil in me has to wonder if someone will request a digital stature boost for him when and if he hits The Grid. ***** That's enough. If I ramble on, I'll jinx the chance of a sequel. And I really wouldn't mind seeing more of this TRON world... especially with Cillian in it...!

LOL Crane! Glad I'm not the only one with a jealous hubz! Way to play the game! LOL! They made $73m worldwide as of today. (Budget was $170m.) Hope they are happy enough with their results!
