  Please tell if there's something wrong with the English ! Especially the part "gettin' a tan". Is this correct ? I just looked that up in my dictionary. But I have no idea if I can use it in this certain way. |

THAT'S f*ckING ADORABLE!! Okay, okay... now for proper feedback. Yes, you have the proper English slang in place. ;D As to the comic itself - I don't know what I love most! It might be Capa's lips around that straw. Mmmmmmmmmmm.... As always, you have his hair drawn perfectly, and I love how well you portrayed his lean-n-mean physique. The speedo with the radioactive symbol made me laugh out loud!!! The shades make him look even sexier, by the way. Made me wish there has been a scene in the movie where Capa had been wearing some! His lovely jawline, his cute little nose, his sideburns... you always manage to capture these features with so little effort, and with sometimes only a line or two. Simply amazing. Example: In that first pic of Capa, his nose is drawn with only two lines (as far as I can tell) and yet.... it's HIS nose. You talent for this is so off-the-charts, Zombie. Truly.
Would you mind if we featured it on Capasunshine.com..?

I love to draw such kind of parody comics and I am surprised about myself that this certain piece here was finished that quick. (Well... I have to admit that I have a week off. That means much time for drawing !! YAY!!) How the hell do you come up with this stuff?? I don't know myself, really. LOL The only thing I can say that it all comes from the heart. Gosh I just adore Cillian and his brilliant body of work. @ Pisces: Yeah ! Sure you can use it on Capasunshine.com !! I can only repeat myself: It would be an honor for me.  Thanks ! I'm so happy that it looks like this !! Yeah I'm trying to get the features with only few but "to the point" lines. But actually I do erase and re-draw quite often ! ;D It goes not always as easy as I want to. Btw. Pisces: Have you already seen my comic Michael McCrea on page 5 in this thread ? (it's not that I want to beg for comments or stuff !!  Voila ! "Seductive Capa" He’s definitely in need of something… I did the sketch to this while watching “Monty Pythons: The Meaning of Life”… pretty odd.... In fact it was a sleepless night for me. (Not because of Capa ) At the moment I have some unpleasant thoughts troubling my mind. And well… drawing Capa all night (and the following day) was the consolation my soul needed at this point. It just makes me happy drawing Cillian and his adorable characters. Kind of a therapy. About the drawing: He’s really a seductive little beauty, isn’t he ? I wonder who he is awaiting, lying there, hungering for love… Cassie ? Corazon ? Mace ?? LOL It’s your fantasy. Do as you like. And for everyone who might asks: NO, there’s no version existing without the blanket. XD  Rough: This time I just needed two steps to get to the final version. In the rough you can see that I planned to draw a window with the sun in the background. I wanted to leave the room dark while the sun lightens Capas body in a special way. But I left that idea and decided for a lighter and simpler coloring. I didn’t want to do a drawing with too much effort regarding the coloring. For it had to be PC coloring.  Outlines. You can see that I was turning the drawing a little. I did this because to me Capas eyes just had a strange look from this angle. Some how too vertical… The anatomy… Well, it is kind of a mix between what I know about anatomy and imagination/personal taste. Not really perfect in fact. It’s a damn difficult pose and I had no reference. (or was too lazy to search for one XD) Every art teacher would probably shake his head. LOL But, well, Capa looks sexy, sweet and seductive. That’s the most important thing. I hope you think the same. And please: Be gentle to him. ;D (he looks so delicate…)  |

OHO MAH GAWD. Where. Do. I. Start. First of all, thank you for showing us your work in stages - that's something a lot of artists won't do (myself included), and it shows how much effort and love you put into your art. How do you "get rid of" the rough sketches, once they are there? I mean, do you just erase the rough stuff, and leave those beautiful clean lines? I can't imagine how you do so without tearing up your paper, lol. Fascinated by your technique!! As to Capa himself...mmmmmmmmm... ;D I love the lazy stretch he's doing in his bed... and I also like the way you've drawn his build. Tight, lean, sinewy. And his hand gripping the blanket.  And I always like that you draw Capa with a sun tattoo on his shoulder. We all know he didn't have one, but it seems to fit him so well! And of course, the way you have captured his beautiful face... such loving perfection. By the way, while I have always subscribed to the Capsie notion primarily, I was happy to see you suggest Corazon as a possible lover of his, because I've always thought that Capa would be the type who might appreciate an older woman. Definitely saw that pair as a possibility. You always knock my socks off with your art, Zombiekitten!!! Yet another CB FOR YOU!!! ;D ;D ;D

I can't imagine how you do so without tearing up your paper, lol. Oh that' s easy: I have a light desk. I don't know if that's the correct word in English... It is sort of a ... plate/object with a surface that's lit by a lamp from behind. (that's quite difficult to explain...  ) I lay the sketch on this desk and trace the "good" lines on a new paper. Believe me: I couldn't live without this thing ! 'cause I always like to scratch very hard while sketching. And I DO would ruin the paper. XD After tracing with pencil (and beautify and clean it up a little ) I scan it and color it with photoshop. |

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S THE MOMENT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! I LOVE THIS ZOMBIEKITTENS!! Capa looks so awesome!! Your work always amazes me. I love the way he is grasping onto that blanket! As Pisces said I love that you share the process! It is very interesting. Oh and I think I know exactly what kind of table you are talking about! I am sorry to hear that you are having some hard times right now! I hope that you feel better soon!! Oh and to the question of who he is waiting for the answer is obvious... ME of course! ;D LOL!

Oh, I can tell you I love to draw with some sexy music in my ears and some beer and hormones floating through my veins... Dillinger... f*ck how I love him... But why, the hell ??!! I didn't even find him attractive when I saw the first screen caps ! But well... Somehow I did surrender to his sexiness. There's something special about him I can't resist.    That haircut !!!
