I loved Cillian's twinkly face when he shook my hand, I tell yer what... I wish we were both ice-skaters back in the day because his hands are perfect for chucking me around and he's the perfect height and build! I mostly dealt with 6 foot 4 giants or short guys back then. I could imagine him playing a skater actually.... hmmmm challenging role? OMG YES !! What a brilliant idea! That would be a wonderful role for him. Imagine his slender, but well toned body swirling around on the ice, dressed in some skintight thingie... I always loved to watch male ice skaters. The evil fridge ! LOL How can such a small fridge make such horrible noises? May I also mention the "evil windows" ? I mean... doesn't the London people like roller blinds or what? LOL The morining light is beautiful yes, but not when I want to sleep XD Or the evil stairway... haha... that was so steep and narrow OMG I was afraid to fall with all my luggage. But the hotel was lovely, no question. I'm so glad your budgies liked my treats !! They are so sweet. Do you know that I dared to touch Mr Bananas' tail ? hehe... evil Zombiekitten. But he wasn't very pleased about it LOL No, don't worry, I didn't harm him About Misterman: Did I get that right that every person was representing one of the seven deadly sins...? I didn't actually counted it or anything but I suddenly had that idea.

Oh yeah! Interesting point Zombz! about the 7 sin thing. Hmmmm.... it closely resembles them doesn't it. Hahaha! I can imagine Mr Banana's face when you touched his tail feather! They have a way of looking disgusted at you, they do it to me if I poke them by surprise! ;D It's a shame I didn't still have my baby Charlie, he was like a permanent randy head fascinator. ;D Here's Mr. Banana ;D And the rest of the flock ;D Yes the windows were stupid! I was so hot I didn't care that I was stood on the bed half naked trying to push the sash window open! I mean, I had to move the bed away from the windows to open them! The carpet on the stairs was dreadful and I really struggled climbing them stairs. That scrambled in the morning that you guys had looked like prison food and smelled like wet dogs! LMAO But I would say that! ;D ;D ;D However... the staff were absolutely wonderful and the beds were very comfy!

Zombiekitten, that was amazing!!! You included so much detail about London, about the play, about Cillian. You've made me long to see this play so much more than I already am! I had a tear in my eye when reading, just imagining how magical the whole experience must have been! Thank you so much for sharing. Shamrocks, your budgies are simply adorable, and so beautiful! I love their colours. I've had budgies before, three in total. They're sweet and charming little birds. I taught one of mine to dance whenever I would sing to her, she was so cute! You've made me want to get another now. ;D

I've been reading about your trip and everything else I've missed during my offline time in bits since I got my computer back and a new modem, new power points and some walls fixed. ;D Aww... Five active forum members got to see the play at the same time and meet each other and Cillian. That's sweet. Thanks for sharing your expriences! The gifts you gave him sound meaningful and each of you put so much effort on them, though ZombieKitten's drawings seem so effortless. That's a sign of a good artist. I'm especially happy about the fact he's seen your Jonathan Breech drawing. The coloring is so amazing and fits to the texture of the clothing. I'll give each of you a CB, one at a time. dulcemirita: It's great that you took the task of delivering fan's personal messages to him, and gave many people a chance to say what they've always wanted to, excluding all stalkery stuff of course. Zombiekitten: I'm dead sure he likes your drawings. And almost all of your drawings are about his characters, not of his photo shoots. It shows that you've really dug in to his work. I'd respect that if I were him. @wikkleshamrocks: You seem very much like me in terms of meeting idols. I don't approach them. I think buying albums and tickets to gigs says it all, or dvd's and movie tickets. Or maybe I just feel I couldn't think of anything to say they haven't heard a thousand times already. Though if they come to talk to me, I'll make sure they know I'm a fan, just so they know I might have some annoying questions about their work when the conversation proceeds. Any chances of getting fragments of your Misterman-journal to the forum some day? I don't mean to press you. Just say NO if you feel like it. @leyla: Giving him an account of the Italian Misterman production is a great idea. Other languages and cultures are always interesting, imagine getting such a gift about something related to your work. I would be excited. anitnelav: I'm glad you got your second chance, and it was satisfying for you this time. It's good to hear happy comments from you after the premiere disappointment. Do you want to keep it as a secret what you gave him? Or did I miss it? I don't wanna pry if you don't wanna tell.

Thanks, Alysa..Somehow Cillian needs to know (because I'm sure he had no idea) of how much respected & loved he is "out there". It was an inmense pleasure to do the fanbook and further beyond, to have the oportunity to hand it personally was a real honour and privilege. Those memories will be treasured for ever in our hearts, I hope Cillian also can make some room for them on his.

Cait, yes, it's Cillian as never seen before!!! I wish it could be recorded on DVD, maybe we should ask Landmark productions about it, although if it's true that it will also be staged to Australia, and after that no more Misterman, there could exist the remote possibility of it. CILLIAN MURPHY'S PERFORMANCE IN MISTERMAN IS STAGGERING. We saw him run around the stage with the energy of a small boy. He totally engrosses the audience into his strange unsettling world. After watching him for 90 minutes playint Thoms McGuill is impossible to empathise with the character, he could have done anything (well, he kills dogs, cats and "other") but it was scarey how much I ended caring for the character, HE COULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING AND I WOULD HAVE FOUND OF WAY OF SYMPATHISING. The whole audience was tense and silent, to them burn into a salve of aplauses and standing ovation. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PERFORMANCES I HAVE EVER SEEN

And congratulations to Mr Murphy on his well deserved award. I really really really REALLY[/b] hope the play comes to Dublin sometime, or anywhere in Ireland. I don't mind, i'll travel to see it!

WOW I have missed a LOT in a week!!! Zombie, your write-up of your whole London experience was nothing short of brilliant. Thank you SO much for putting the special day into words, and letting us into your perspective! Especially love your descriptions of the play itself - since I haven't seen it, I've only been able to piece together what Misterman is like from everyone's different tales, and I'm always mega-appreciative when someone shares that. From your words, I could picture very well what you saw, and for that alone, you get a CB! I can imagine what an emotional journey it was for you to present him with your beautiful artwork - surely it all feels dreamlike, even now! But more importantly, I think, you girls all made special memories together that will endure a lifetime. Cillian may have been the catalyst that brought you all together, but your friendships and your shared experiences in London are something to treasure on their own merit. And that's what I most envy. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely trip with us, Zombie!! CB!!!!

Awwwwww... it would have been awesome together with you Pisces! How I wished you could have joined us. I really would have loved to share this experience not only through words with you, but with your real presence. Yeah, it was truly amazing to meet him in reality. *swoon* But also it was an experience to meet the girls from the forum in person.
