At the moment, there are only chapters 23-33 available and in some browsers (e.g. Firefox) the banner can´t be seen - I´ll fix all that up later as I have to go to work now.:

WOW! this story has taken so many twists and turns! First, you have all these intense moments between Jonathan and Alex...then, you are introduced to the "Scarecrow"! and now....Jonathan is in the middle of a fre*kin' warzone!!!! I must say, great story-telling Alex! Can't wait to see what more surprises you have in store for us!

For those of you who might be interested to read it:

Well, the story deals with Jonathan Crane starting with his years at high school/college, having a friendship to a girl (also an outsider like him) and the relationship is now turning into first love.

I know, the character itself is evil, or at least Jonathan turned into an evil guy/Scarecrow, but I want to look more "behind the scenes" as my opinion is, the is still something good in him and I just wonder what would have happened if there has been a special person around him..

The story contains some R material, that´s why I can´t/won´t post it on the board, so if someone of you is interested to read it, then drop me a line via PM or via the thread and I´ll PM the chapters (22 so far..), chapter by chapter.

For those who already read the story: also feel free to post your comments here.

... and BTW: as now it´s time to look for a title for the story ( :: *scratching my head*), so I´m glad about every sugguestion you have. ;D

I was not expecting that ending ... not at all! I felt so sorry for both of them and the child! Oh no! She lost their child! How terribly sad! The way you wrote this is amazing, how you juxtaposed Jonathan and Alexandra. I do hope you write a sequel too.

Alex, i just read chap 21-22 in the PM you sent, i'll be sure to check out the website too. i must say, the introduction of the strange and horrible voice was amazingly creepy! and shocking, so good. like, wow. so excellent of you to go where most wouldn't dare! you're brave like a certain other Alex we know.

I know that especially chapter 22 might be very shocking to some people.

Even I was shocked when I wrote and re-read it.

But I think, the content of it makes sense and I think, it´s also a very important chapter of the story, coz there we are getting witnesses of Scarecrow´s birth.

I just finished it, like I promised I would.
Absolutely brilliant, Alex.

It's definitely not your typical Crane story, which is what I like so much about it. Anybody that knows me, knows that I really don't like reading Crane fanfiction. It's just not my thing... hahah. But, in addition to Azina's story, I could sit here and read yours and just be hooked on it, so much that I could keep reading and reading. I love that. It was a great story for the while that it lasted and I do hope that you write a sequel. It would be well worth it!
