The "bed-hopping, drug fuelled antics" chronicled in Richard Neville's memoir Hippie Hippie Shake: The Dreams, the Trips, the Trials, the Love-ins, the Screw Ups: The Sixties are coming to the big screen—with Cillian in the lead role. The controversial Australian editor was known for his counterculture magazine, Oz, which in the 1960s became the target of two obscenity suits—one in Australia and one in the U.K. Variety reports that Hippie Hippie Shake uses the U.K. trial "as a metaphor for a journey through the swinging '60s in London." Also signed on for this jaunt are Cillian's Best Time co-star Sienna Miller, Max Minghella (Syriana), and Australian actor Emma Booth as Germaine Greer. Beeban Kidron (Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason) will direct and filming is scheduled to begin this fall. can't wait for that one   |

sounds good! i hope this means cillian gets to participate in some onscreen debauchery. and speak in an australian accent (hotness)! although i am a bit dismayed that sienna miller is also signed on.

Well that's certainly a first. For once, we get to see a movie of his before you guys do... So there is a God  (allright I'm kidding here) Anyways, months will go by really quickly, and before you realize it, you'll get the DVD (kiddin again, Sunshine is definitely best seen on the bigscreen) |

Well, apparently you are lucky, FOR ONCE!!! Cause the general case is that his movies get released first in Europe and the U.S, and then in Latin America. Glad for you anyway, just remember to keep your little mouth shut and don't spoil the movie for the rest of us, ok?

:-O SOUNDS FREAKING AMAZING! (also sounds rated-R) :-P hopefully by the time it comes out i'll be able to see it! I'm so excited and in another one of my Cillian-rushes they've been playing 28 days later non-stop on some of the movie channels in preparation for 28 weeks later and i'm basking in his glory :-P tee hee |
