The pajama fic is over 10 pages now. I'm still working out the kinks, though. Since I don't know these things, can anyone help me figure out what size of pajamas Crane might wear?

<Ahem>
According to both LL Bean and Land's End (and my best guess), Crane would wear a size Small in pajamas. (Top = 14"-14 1/2" neck, 34/36" chest. Bottoms=28"-30" waist, 34"-36" hips.)
May I recommend the LL Bean chamois pajamas? Very, very soft (chamois is the material often used to wash/wax cars, the stuff that's pronounced "shammy"), in Navy, Charcoal, or Hunter, approx. $50. My choice for Crane would be Navy to set off his eyes, but your mileage may vary.
<You asked, and I do have a rep to maintain as Research Girl.>

^lmao! wow you really did your research there, didn't you? So if someone asks you what you did on Saturday, you can say you researched the proper pajama size for Dr. Jonathan Crane.

Heh. Well, somebody had to do it! Judge for yourself: Darn, I think the link's too long to work. Try www.llbean.com, then Men's, then Sleepwear, then Pajamas. There aren't many choices.

LOL, yes I have to agree, the chamois pj's are quite nice, blue will bring out his eyes. SRG, we're 2 for 2!

HAH! Stormy, you knew the answer to that question a little too well. It sounds pretty accurate though! And definitely blue/navy for the color.

Ah, it was just about 10 min. of research, no big deal! I looked at the sizing chart on the same page, that's how I got the more detailed info. Guessing from his estimated height and the very slender build; Medium would be too big. I got my brother a pair of pajamas for Christmas last year, (did not want to see him wandering around the house during his visit *without* pajamas, okay?) so that also gave me some idea as to size.

I suppose I should give some thought as to what various characters in my fic would wear to bed. More research. I tell you, the sacrifices writers make in the name of art...
Looking forward to the story, srg!

you're going to write the whole book before you post this story, huh!? Sorry, I don't like to post pieces before I finish with the whole, I'm just weird like that. Thanks for your patience. And don't worry, Ciaran. I doubt anyone's foaming at the mouth for this.
