I just heard a rumour that Bryan Ferry is making a cameo appearance - ?
Wasn't a proper 'source', just someone chatting on another forum.
That would be funny, especially as she'd heard it was "in a compromising position" - ie, I assume that means probably one of Pu$$y's clients.

Did you finally read it? Isn't the book amazing. I read it for the 2nd time around, and I totally pictured Cillian as "Kitty". ;D I wonder who Stephen Rea and Brendan Gleeson plays, don't you? Hmmm, perhaps Brendan as the Mayor?!

Yeah! Thanx Jo, although I'm leery that it will only be released in the bigger cities in the US.

You never know, Puggems, once one distributor picks something up, others tend to go for it, and if it starts getting a bit of "buzz" they might increase the number of screens. I'm just glad to hear it's been definately picked up somewhere - y'know, what the hell happened to Zonad? At least if it's a Sony release it should get onto dvd relatively quickly. Hope they sell it to someone in Oz too! Cheers ~Ultra

Sorry if this is stupid: Oz, meaning Australia? Yeah, I hope so, too. At least you got a stage production there of Disco Pigs awhile back, didn't you?

No worries Puggems, yes, I mean Australia. ;D We got Intermission in the cinemas here, which I would never have expected, ad lots of Bollywood and indie things have been cropping up lately, so my hopes are high.
Disco Pigs was indeed done here recently, part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival. No Cillian, sadly, but the actors were great anyway! Pork City accents & all!

Heh, and to think that months & months ago when I glanced @ your profile, I thought that under location, "Oz" was just whimsical. Took me long enough to get it. Yeah, that Bollywood is catching on here, too. As a matter of fact, I saw their biggest starlet in a television interview the other day. I'm really suprised that InterMission wasn't a bigger success here, being that Colin Farrell has made a name for himself, even if it is a bit infamous (Cill is the much better Irishman, by the way! Heh, heh).
