Yes, the book is the same title. I just read it, needed a while to get used to Pat Braden's Irish Queen English.

The storyline is good. I like the way the narration was done, with the apparently humourous writing underscoring the poignancy of the story. I actually felt sad after reading it. I wonder how they will do the ending for Cillian's character in the movie. The book's ending is rather incomplete to me.
