Hi all - as you may know, I've been obsessed with OTE as of late....anyway, I went to find out more on Jonathan Jackson, the young man who plays 'Toby,' (see the OTE thread for more on him) and saw from his bio, that he's listed as being 5'8" tall.
I decided to measure him up against the purportedly 5'9" Cillian on the DVD of 'On the Edge,' that hasn't left my DVD player since I got it...and that looks exactly RIGHT!
Cillian (Jonathan) is taller than Jonathan (Toby), in the film by about an inch or so.
So Cillian is indeed about 5'9"!!

I'm watching 28 DL now and Naomie Harris is listed as being 5' 8" on IMDB. He looks slightly taller than her, so I think his height is listed correctly.

I love your deductional ways. I've said it before: some of you guys should be detectives or in the secret service or something. I totally prefer non-hulky men. I mean, it could get awkward with the whole 5'1-ness of me  haha *laughs at the thought of me standing next to vince vaughn* (who is like, 6'5) |

yeah, my parents are a foot apart in height, heehee... this girl whos 5 even is dating a guy whos 6'3... he has to pick her up to kiss her...
not as bad as 6'11, but still cute

I still don't know about this. lol We need Tanya in here! She's met him and said that he was a little taller than her with heels. She's.....5'2"? Errr...something like that.

when i met him i was in heels... im 5'3, my heels were 2 in., and i still had to look up to him a fair amount... he looked 5'9 to moi

Nah, Tricia Vessey (Rachel in OTE) is listed as 5'2" and we see how he towers over her. So 5'9" is on the money to me. Hee, he's 2 in. from 6 feet. Yum. LOL

Don't get me wrong. I'd have pegged him for about 5'9" ish based on Red Eye.

Yeah, actually Katie Holmes is that tall (Heh..I like Katie Whatsherface, as a better name for her - I can't stand that woman...) - if you look at her towering over Tom Cruise, you'll see it...Tom is maybe 5' 8" in boots with heels  , which is why when she's in a heel she towers over him. I think I've read that Holmes is 5'9" (not as tall as his ex, Nicole Kidman at 5'10" but tall) - so if she had heels on in Batman too - that's the reason she appeared a lot taller than Cillian. They are probably the same height in stockinged feet. |
