Cillian just has a small frame--he's lanky. In 28 Days Later, I thought he had a bit of a "six pac"(sp?). I do have to admit that for Breakfast on Pluto, Cillian did get a little thin, but that was just for the part. As for the pics from Hippy, Hippy, Shake that show Cillian "au naturale", he looks great (even though the water must've been freezing). Everyone, don't give up in your quest to go veggie. You can do it--just start going veggie slowly and don't sweat the small stuff if you have a "meat slip-up". There are different types of vegetarian: Lacto-ovo for those that don't want to give up eggs and dairy right away and Vegan for those who don't want any animal products at all. I went Vegan a year ago(for ethical and environmental reasons) and it's not as strict as some would think--it's not just veggies and fruit; I have cupcakes too. Vegetarian meat substitutes are a great transition for weaning off meat. Don't give up--"go veggie, eat like Cillian".

They told me IBS...but my dad said "that's just what they say when they don't know what's wrong with you." The medicine helps a BIT. But only a bit. I doubt it's colitis (for me) because I had a colonoscopy. They would have seen it. I hope your friend feels better really soon! lol. They told me I have IBS too. My stomach hurst ALL the time! At least a few times a week-and it hurts more with certain foods. When I first found out, I had a really hard time trying to figure out what foods I should eat that wouldn't hurt my stomach and it was painful, but now I know. Don't eat wheat, soda, caffeine, candy, milk (except soy), cheese (I find this really hard to give up b/c I LOVE LOVE cheese!) and a whole bunch of other things. It also helps to eat crackers in between meals. If you are finding you feel better with the anti-depressant pills, that's great! But if it's something dietary-get an IBS bk. It really helps!

I have a feeling something's wrong with my kidneys...but I don't know. It seems like the doctor checked everywhere but there. When I get bad stomach pains my lower back hurts, too. And I already know I'm got a kidney problem because I have a potassium deficency-and it's not from throwing up too much, which is how most people with potassium deficiencies get it-and when you have that, potassium is usually excreted through your kidney too fast. Who knows, I guess. I was starting to feel better for awhile but I'm starting to get my symptoms back again.
I hope you figure out what's wrong! If you MUST eat cheese (my addiction!) then try taking a Lactaid first. Maybe you are lactose-intollerant.

Yah, they took me off my anti-depressants and that's when the anxiety started again-and this time it affected my stomach.

Yeah. With high school they say "missing one day is like missing a week" when it comes to make-up work. I can't imagine what college will be like for me next year if I miss a day.
