28 days later 10/10 just because it's Cillian. Not really my cup of tea, but it was actually better than I thought it would be. I'm glad that you liked 28 Days Later, Nellie! It's definitely one of my favorite Cillian movies! It's so different and so much better than most zombie movies. Actually one of my favorites too. I like that Cillian is not really gorgeous but kind of grows on you during the film. I have watched it several times looking at the stills, analyzing the storytelling and the cinematography, and I still enjoy watching it very much. To me it is so much more than a zombie film. I don't even think about it as a zombie film. I think it is a beautyfully told tale about how Jim takes responsibility in a world gone crazy and grows to be a man when everybody else ceases to be human. Perhaps it's my love for stories about overcoming obstacles and holding on the one self. Therefore I would rate it 9/10 On the other hand I'm not very fond of Breakfast on Pluto. Cillian is amazing no doubt about it but the story doesn't really get under my skin. But then again it didn't really get the book either. Could somebody tell me what I am so obviously missing?

Actually it's focused more on the human and psychological aspects of the context, like what would you feel being in that situation, I think Garland enjoys this side of the stories very much ;D, because also in "Sunshine" , the psychological side has a great importance. I think nothing malle -probably the movie just doesn't "strike the right chord" for you! (But it did for me as can be seen by my avatar and nickname hehe )

I love Breakfast on Pluto!! it's one of the cutest movies I have ever seen!
Martian Child 7/10 Great movie!! I am not usually a fan of John Cusack but he was FAB in this one, I absolutely LOVED his character! And the kid was the cutest thing ever. He is the age I am working with in school. I am gonna become a teacher yeah.
Sleuth 8/10: Jude was brilliant in this great story with a funny name by Harold Pinter. It must have been the best performance Jude has ever done. Yay for Jude!

Choke 7.5/10 Yes, the Chuck Palahniuk book made into a movie. They showed an advanced screening of this at my college tonight. I haven't read the book, but I enjoyed the movie. It was funny and had an interesting plot. And I love Sam Rockwell. Plus, the director of the movie did a Q&A session after the movie, so that was pretty cool.

Oh, you're so lucky to have seen it already! I've been wanting to see this ever since I heard about it a couple of months ago. The book was absolutely hilarious, and I liked it. From the trailers, the movie looks like it's going to be just as funny as the book, and it looks like it follows the book pretty faithfully, too. Sam Rockwell's a bit too old to play the protagonist, but I think he embodies the protagonist's snarky personality well. He's a great actor. Can't wait to see this! Glad to hear that you enjoyed it.

Edward Furlong was just as brilliant as Edward Norton. There's something i love about his voice and his way of acting.

Edward Norton is one of the actors I have kinda missed out on for some reason. A lot of ppl have told me how great he is, but he has never been my "type" I guess, haha... but I loved this movie!! It was horrible but so good too.

Oh... I have seen "Fight Club" actually. Did not watch it because of him though, just because ppl were talking about the movie.
Prozac Nation 4/10 I did not like it. It was just too depressive for me. I thought the actors were good though, I only rented it because of Jonathan. But naaah... not a movie I enjoyed.
