Hmm that is interesting and sort of random. I don't really mind, I don't need to see his business haha, as much as I love him, he is allowed to keep that to himself and his wife. All the same, interesting choice on his part. I wonder how that is orchestrated, I mean, how the love scenes are filmed, since it's not Cillian. They obviously have it make it look like its him! I'm sure they can manage though lol, lots of tricks and technology are obviously involved in the filming and editing process.

Er... I'm not too fond of Cillian with long hair. (prepares for the onslaught for flying tomatoes for fellow fans) I think Cillian looks fine with shoulder-length hair. If it's anything longer than, then he looks like he's wearing a mop.  I should know. I just cut my hair. It was as long as my butt and people sat on it all the time. It made me look totally dead. Also, someone made a comment about how frail he looked. Yeah, I'm worried for his health too. He looks mighty skinny here. I hope it's only for the role and not stress-related. The guy's practically working 24/7.  I think the US will keep the nudity. Anyone remember 24 Days Later? I certainly do...  |

I thought that with the long-ish hair, Cillian looked a bit like James Callis (Gaius Baltar from Battlestar Galactica). XD

There's always these crazy rumors on IMDB that seem to have come from nowhere. I'm taking this as a rumor until a more credible source comes along to back it up. I don't think Cillian has any qualms about being nude on-screen (as I'm sure we've all seen before). I don't think he has any qualms about doing love scenes on-screen either, but I do think he's quite reserved when it comes to them. None of the love scenes he's done has been that kinky or explicit (he hasn't done any strong simulated sex scenes), which I respect him for. |

Surely his facial expressions during an explicit sex scene would be much more interesting to see than his genitals hahaha We would have had at least a little clue about that now if that scene in "Girl With a Pearl Earring" wasn't focused just on Scarlett ;D |

You're right; his movies so far haven't required doing such scenes. I wouldn't mind if he does do one someday. Heheh, I just didn't want to sound like a perve and say that right off the bat. Of course! He has such a beautiful face! The focus should definitely be there. Anyway, a sex scene can be explicit without showing any genitals at all. Or nudity even. It's all about the movements and sounds. Geez, I hope I don't sound too pervy. I know, huh? I don't even like Scarlett all that much. Was this love scene his most "explicit" one so far? It wasn't much, and plus, he was wearing that god awful wig, haha. I'm trying to remember... the one in Watching the Detectives was just mostly of him and Lucy making out in bed. Nothing much in Disco Pigs, On the Edge, and The Wind That Shakes the Barley either. Am I missing any other movie? I know there's definitely a love scene between Keira and him in The Edge of Love (we see glimpses of it in the trailer). I've heard that it's not that graphic other than yay (sarcastically) Keira's topless. What else is new? She's been going on about being comfortable topless on-screen that it's getting a bit annoying. I guess we'll have to wait and see with Hippie Hippie Shake ... |
