Over at Yahoo there's an article from the New York Post on early Oscar favourites. Breakfast on Pluto is mentioned for Best Picture and Cillian is mentioned for Best Actor. I'm a total computer dunce so I don't know how to do a link to the article but if you go to the Yahoo site and type Odds on Oscars in the search the article will come up. There are two identical articles - the first is a subscription, the second one that says says New York Post Page Six is the one you can read.

Wow, go him! That's great! I'm so ready to see that, I'm working through the book right now.. kind of weird, but entertaining. Someone help me out here, I'm an awards idiot. I never watch these things, the first awards I've watched in several YEARS were the VMAs last night. If that movie/he is nominated... Does that mean he'll be there?!Cause that could motivate me to watch the oscars...  |

If he's nominated for an Oscar, there's a very good change he'll be there. Some actors choose not to show up for some award shows but for AA, most go.  I LOOOOOOOOOVE award shows...well, mostly movie awards. |

I talked to a few peeps a whiel back on neoepts.com about Cillian and they also thought he shoould get an award/oscar for his part in BoP.

Wait a minute, ladies, don't get too excited, it's just buzz. It doesn't mean it'll lead to nominations. Getting nominated is such a difficult process here in Hollywood. Sometimes great and deserving performances are overlooked for those artists that are well-known or well-favored, but not deserving (often times).
If he is, I will get myself near the red-carpet, for sure!
